These round bars’ physical characteristics include a density of 7.94 g/cm3 and a melting range of 1350–1400 °C. Tensile strength, which has a value of 520 Mpa, and yield strength, which has a value of 205, are two mechanical characteristics of this round bar. These round bars have an elongation of 30%. Working creep length is provided by these bars and rods. It is extremely practical for situations involving forming and drowning. Its resistance to most organic and inorganic substances is one of its most crucial characteristics. Sulfur and nitric acids won’t harm it because of their robust resilience.

Furthermore, it exhibits resistance to intergranular corrosion. Due to the way these bars bind carbon and nitrogen as carbides or nitrides, they prevent the development of chromium carbides. These bars are prone to pitting and crevice corrosion when exposed to warm chloride conditions. The glossy exterior of these bars makes them appear enticing. The addition of titanium significantly raises the alloy’s carbon content. As a result, less carbide precipitates out during welding. It offers superior protection against oxidation by the influence of air, water, or chemicals. In aquatic conditions, it gives good corrosion resistance. Due to its exceptional resistance to all forms of corrosion, it is ideal for various industrial processes.
