The physical properties of Incoloy 800H round bars include their density of 7.94 g/cm3 and their melting range of 1350–1400 °C. Two mechanical qualities of this round bar are tensile strength, which has a value of 500 Mpa, and hardness brinner, which has a value of 230. These round bars have a yield strength of 200 MPa and an elongation of 30–35%. Incoloy 800 Round Bars have an excellent cold-forming property commonly found in nickel-chromium alloys. These round bars’ ASTM and ASME standard limitations provide a carbon range of 0.05% to 0.10%. Due to the titanium and aluminum composition of 0.7%, the round bars maintain flexibility at temperatures below 1290 degrees Fahrenheit (700 degrees Celsius) even after using it for a long period. Round Incoloy 800H bars can be welded using the standard procedures for welding stainless steel. The round bar is a solution-heated, controlled-carbon variant of alloy 800 bars with better high-temperature characteristics (2100 degrees Fahrenheit). The outside diameters of round Incoloy 800H bars range from 0.1mm to 100mm. The length of these bars varies from 5mm to 500mm. The process of cold drawing is used to make these bars. The bars are forged at a temperature range of 2200 degrees Fahrenheit to 1600 degrees Fahrenheit. These round bars are subjected to various tests to ascertain their durability and quality. These tests include those for positive material identification, chemical, rust, and chemical resistance, strength qualities, and mechanical and cracking resistance.
